At your visit
You will be asked to complete an intake form and a consent form with your clinician, in person. Nothing is signed online.

Is this a booking?
No. It is a request. A team member calls you back to arrange a consultation time.
Will I be treated at my first visit?
Not unless you ask and your clinician agrees it is suitable. Most first visits are a conversation and a skin check.
What should I bring?
A list of medicines and skin products you use, and any questions. Please do not send health details through the website form.
Can I change clinic later?
Yes. Your plan is kept in one place and any clinic that offers the treatment can continue it.
